The Operations Management Team

The Safe2Park operation is managed by experienced individuals who ensure that the operation is setup and operated in a manner that will provide the parking public with the best possible user experience.

The team also includes a full time administration officer who is responsible for the administration tasks associated with each deployment as well handling day to day customer issues relating to queries or manual parking payments.

The In-field Operations Team (Parking Marshals)

The in-field operations team has been appointed from applicants from the local community.

Employees all comply with a minimum standard in terms of communication skills and financial accountability and are trained on an ongoing basis in order to consistently improve their customer liaison skills, accuracy of work, uniform and general appearance and their general ability to provide a customer service over and above that of simply collecting parking fees.

The in-field operations team consists of parking marshals and security personnel and also supervisors who act as liaison and support between the marshals and the Central Management Office.

Training and People Development

Safe2Park has dedicated Training and People Development processes that are implemented on a continuous basis by the senior management and operations team.

This allows the company to immediately be able to provide all the day to day training of new recruits as well as the ongoing performance management and training of existing staff members.
